Shipping & Delivery:

We proudly ship all orders within 2 business days of placement. If an item sells out and becomes back ordered you will be informed of the shipping delay. Please double check your shipping information, as we are NOT responsible for incorrectly input shipping addresses.

Domestic

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150. All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground. Please allow 2 business days for Rays for Days to process and ship orders. Once orders are processed, customers will receive an email confirming shipping along with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 2-5 business days to receive. If expedited shipping is selected, please still allow 48 hours for order to process and shipping time will be determined by UPS service selected. 

Please Note: Rays for Days cannot responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International

All international orders ship via UPS for a flat rate of $60. This rate is the Priority option with tracking. Due to increased difficulty with shipping internationally this is the only option we offer. The customer will be notified with that tracking number upon shipment.

Please note that delivery is contingent upon the time it takes to pass through customs. Rays for Days does not have access to information on time allowed to pass through customs, so please be patient.

Please Note:  Rays for Days is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International orders may require additional information and therefore can delay processing. If there are any issues, Rays for Days will contact the customer via email address provided when ordered. 

Orders are subject to additional taxes, duties, or custom fees which may be levied once shipment reaches destination country.  Rays for Days is not responsible for any charges imposed by destination country. The customer is responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance. For additional information on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

By law, Rays for Days must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter the amount to decrease customs fees.

Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your Rays pieces, if for any reason you do not please contact us right away.

Refunds: For full priced items, you MUST obtain Return Authorization Approval. 

Request a Return Authorization by email: hello@shopraysfordays.com and a form will be sent to complete to generate a return label. 

To qualify for a refund, your return must be made within 15 Days of the delivery date. Return attempts after this 15 day period will not be accepted. If post marked after 15 days, only store credit will be issued. All returns must be received in 30 days from the date of delivery, otherwise the items will be returned to you. Please Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 All Returns Must Meet the Following Requirements:

  • Only full priced merchandise is eligible for return.
  • Only unworn and originally packaged items will be accepted.
  • In the original packaging, with the printed invoice and RA Number written on the top. If these requirements are not met, a restocking Fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

*Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.

 How should I send my Return back?

Once your RA has been approved, you will receive an RA number and further information. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. We recommend obtaining a tracking # and insurance, as Rays for Days is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. In your return package, please include unworn merchandise in original packaging, a copy of your invoice with your Return Authorization written on the top. An email confirmation will be sent upon arrival of merchandise.

Items purchased through our authorized retailers must be returned to the store where items were purchased.

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card payments we also accept debit and bank cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
